Refund & Returns Policy

Nova Pine Supply LLC (“Nova Pine Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to love shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders delivered within the United States.


1) Return Window

  • 30 days from the delivery date for eligible items.
  • Items must arrive back within the window shown on your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

2) Eligibility Checklist

  • Item is in the same condition you received it: unused, uninstalled, and free of wear.
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and included accessories are present.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

3) Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Clearance/“final sale” items (if marked as such at checkout).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Perishables and certain health/personal-care products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Digital/downloadable goods and gift cards.

4) Start a Return

  1. Email info@novapinesupply.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with an RMA number and the correct return address plus instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Please don’t ship returns without an RMA—unauthorized packages may be refused or delayed.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / wrong size or color: You cover return shipping.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: We’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label after we verify the issue.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

7) Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to place a new order and return the original through the process above. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original purchase.

8) Refunds

  • After your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or any issue.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (your bank/card may take longer to post the credit).
  • If returned items are missing parts, show signs of use, or arrive without original packaging, we may issue a partial refund.

9) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can modify or cancel an order before it ships. Email us ASAP with your order number and request.
  • If your order has shipped, please use the return process after delivery.

10) International Orders

  • Duties/taxes collected by carriers or customs are non-refundable through us.
  • For returns coming from outside the U.S., contact us first for instructions.

11) Warranties

Some items may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Email us and we’ll help with next steps or direct you to the manufacturer as required.
