Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders from Nova Pine Supply LLC (“Nova Pine Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are processed and delivered within the United States.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Mon–Fri (excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Typical processing time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT may begin processing the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via major U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). The available options and rates are shown at checkout.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
  • Note: We currently ship to the contiguous U.S., AK, HI, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where carrier service is available. Some oversized or restricted items may not qualify for certain destinations or services.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout begin after your order has shipped. Weather, carrier volume, and address issues can affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members and neighbors and wait one additional business day—then contact us.

Wrong/Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it after collecting a new shipping fee to the corrected address.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.
  • Keep all packaging and take clear photos so we can file a carrier claim and make it right.

Split Shipments & Backorders

Occasionally we may ship items separately to speed delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. If an item is backordered, we’ll email you with options.

International Shipping

For orders shipping outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering. Duties/taxes charged by customs are the recipient’s responsibility and are non-refundable by us.
